It is a staple flavor for a number of cuisines, it's a great addition to vegetable juices and most importantly, it is impossible to make a good chai recipe without it!

  • 1 frozen banana, 
  • 1 inch ginger, grated 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 cup coconut milk
