Christmas Gingerbread Smoothie

There are certain flavor combinations and dishes that remind your taste buds of different holidays. For us, the combination of spices like cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg brings back happy Christmas memories. So we've created a super smooth and creamy gingerbread-inspired smoothie to ignite your Christmas spirit! :-)

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

TO SERVE (OPTIONAL)

Method

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with a fresh gingerbread man, a dollop of coconut yogurt and get ready for Christmas!
