  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Blend with 1/2 to 1 cup liquid

2. GINGER PINA COLADA

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 lime (peeled and sliced)
