And I thought I was eating healthy! But can do much much better. I am going to drink more water, include green tea in my morning routine and incoporate a raw food into every meal starting with breakfast. Thank you for the awareness! I had seen Food Inc which totally grossed me out...that should be watched by everyone and so should Food Matters! :) Jude
